Greece Lightning

We went to Greece as part of our honeymoon.
We’ve been busy, though. In my defense.
Meaning, it has been a while and I only got these photos edited and posted now.
The good news is, I’m done editing the Italy photos, too.
Some nice shit out there.
Greece was fun. As always, hot. But fun.
Greece is a nice joint.
Tons of fucking tourists, though.
Also, and I think this has been true the last couple of times I’ve gone, everything is covered in scaffolding.

These god depictions are all so strange to me. There so abstract. Maybe it's all the detail they could generate or it was the style at the time. I am not sure, but it's fucking cool.

The Aeropagus! Where Orestes defended the necessity of murdering his mom (because she killed his dad, Agamemnon). Athena cast the deciding vote and acquitted him. It goes to show something I'm sure. It's an important rock. Or maybe Ares' rock. Who knows?
